OS cloning question.. HELP please

I have just bought a new 1 TB Samsaung 840 EVO SSD for a brand new computer i am building. Now i want to clone my OS (windows 7 pro 64bit) to my new SSD from my old HDD. i can get that.. but then a prompt well tell me to activate that OS. if i activate that new OS on the New compter, wil the OS on the old one still work??
Just dont want to deactivate my other PC's OS

Plus, the 'clone' from the old PC to a "brand new computer " probably would not work in any case.
Clean install with the new PC. And new license with the new PC.
