I heard there are risks using 3-fan splitter on one chassy or system fan header?

ok so I still haven't gotten my build but, the MSI Z97 AC NOT the GAMING one but the other version the non-GAMING one says on their specs on their site that it has 1 4-pin CPU Fan header, and a 1 4-pin System fan header.

ok so I have the bitfenix prodigy mini-ITX case, and the corsair H75 cooler. now, the H75 cooler comes with a Y-splitter for the two fans in push-pull config, so the two H75 fans are gonna be put in the Y-Splitter, and the Y-Splitter end goes to the CPU-fan header. now, I am gonna have a 200mm fan in the front of the case, and two 120mm exhaust fans mounted on the top of the case. so I heard that if I get a 3-fan splitter and plug its end to the 1 4-pin System Fan header that yes the three fans are gonna take the right voltages, except there's gonna be extra voltages going through the mobo. and if it's better to connect the extra fans to the PSU, how do I do that? thanks :)

Solution
You can get spliters that include molex cables for extra power.
Honestly though most fan headers are capable of 1amp or more nowadays so 3 fans should be fine.
Mixing & matching sizes though from one header doesn't work well if you want any kind of control over the fans.120mm fans run at like 175% the rpm of a decent 200mm.
Pretty sure that 200mm front fan will come with a molex to the PSU.
The 2 exhausts if they're the same & have 3/4 prin plugs you can either use a splitter cable or just do a diy job & splice the wires together.
2x120mm fans from 1 header will be absolutely fine.

If it really concerns you then you could always just go out and buy a fan controller. That way not only do you not need to use the y-splitter for anything but the CPU fans, but you get to control the speed of all the other fans independently without the hassle of hooking them up to the motherboard :)
