computer build good enough to play skyrim (high graphics with mods)?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=83-220-796 i want to play skyrim along with left 4 dead and minecraft my budget is 700$ and this prebuilt computer doesnt sound very bad i know the main concern would probably be the psu and the graphics card but would it run skyrim with high graphics with a few mods i would be able to make some upgrades in the future when i save up a little more but not right now EDIT i could consider building myself im not extremely confident that i could do it but my budget is absoloutley 700$ and i would prefer all the parts to arrive around the same time so i can get to building it and would like for it to if possible be able to run skyrim with a little higher graphics and dont worry about the keyboard monitor or anything else besides the computer i have all that

That's a really under-powered graphics card that's going to seriously struggle with any sort of non-basic game. It'll handle minecraft and things like League of Legends, but anything else it won't be capable of what you want.

Plus, looking at the design, that's an ultra-slim form factor which will be somewhere between extremely difficult/compromised and entirely impossible to upgrade.

You wouldn't consider building your own? You could do a lot better if you were prepared to put it together yourself.

The OP's system will run Skyrim on miedium but without mods and will struggle with mods with Left 4 Dead i havent played that one yet so i do not know
Skylarz system leads to a unfound save so i cannot see that one.
