Always when I try to install Rise Of Nations Gold Edition this happens when i have installed 40% of the game:

Rise Of Nations Gold Setup encountered a disk error while writing to the file C:\Program Files\Rise Of Nations Gold\sounds\friendlycapcaptured.wav. Make sure your hard disk is not full, and that the file is not in use.
And then it gives me the options to "Retry" or "Cancel"

I checked the hard disk and it's not full and i clicked "Retry" but the same error shows up again, and i don't know how to check if the file is in use or not.
Can someone please help me!.
