PC not turning on and booting when I manually select 2133mhz from BIOS.

Mainboard is the askrock z87 extreme 6.

Cpu is i5 4670k @ 4.4ghz.

I upgraded my ram from 1333mhz 8gb ddr3 to this RAM

When i select dram frequency to 2133mhz as they should be my pc does not boot up. It turns on and off automatically for about 4 times.

Luckily I managed to boot the PC with the 2133mhz setting. All i did was select different timings. Now they are 11,11,11,30,1T @ 2133mhz and performance ram mode on.

I tried upping the voltage. And what do you mean by try the xmp ? The xmp profile is set at 1600mhz. Im sure my ram is 2133mhz. I really need to use the full potential of it.
