Recommend me a good graphics card to pair with amd a10 5800k

My specs:

CPU: Amd A10 580k
MotherBoard: MSI FM2-A85XMA-E35
Memory: 4gb OEM ddr3 (might get another to boost memory to 8gb)
PSU:Coolermaster smps 350w
Cabinet:Coolermaster C+P-250

I'm into gaming (mostly) and want to get a stable graphic card. I don't know if i should get into AMD Dual Graphics or get a discrete graphics card.Help me out here
peace

  1. Hello... What is the +12Vdc line current of your PS? can you post a link to your model or look at the Label on it?
  2. Its as weakas a fx4300 - http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-4300-vs-AMD-A10-5800K

    So a R9 270X at best.
  3. You have a pretty weak PSU there. So I would recommend a GTX 750ti.

    I see. Should I get a better PSU ?

Absolutely. A 500-550W PSU would be good choice for single GPU.

Opting for 'Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU' would be better I suppose.

That is corsairs lowest garde PSU. Take a look at this list and get something form tier 1 or 2. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
  9. Hello... Here is a General performance rating and prices of Video cards... http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html what is your Budget?
Your CPU requires 100 watts about 8.5 amps of +12Vdc.
Pick a Video card and I can give you the +12Vdc required for it, and determine if you need a PS upgrade.

*sigh* Went through each of the tier 1 and 2 PSUs but most of them are unavailable in India(where I live ofc). Aaand I'm on a tight budget. So umm what do ?

So I was thinking of going for HD 7750/ HD 6670 for dual graphics.
  12. Hello... HD 7750 requires 75 watts, HD 6670 requires 66 watts, CPU 100 watts.
a total of 241 watts from your +12vdc lines... this exceeds your PS rating.
DO you want to have Dual monitors or run in Crossfire AMD operation?

I'd like to crossfire with my A10's HD 7660d gpu
  14. Hello... I am not a Crossfre or AMD expert... But i believe this would be a mistake, due to the poor performance of a CPU based GPU, http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+7660D
I believe a single card solution would perform much better and your current PS could be used.
  15. I found out that my friend has a spare HD 6670 that are supposedly discontinued. This card is the highest Gpu that can crossfire with A10. So the PSU problem remains ..
