Will my cpu stop the bottleneck ?

I've got a core 2 duo e6600 3.06 ghz stock with a gtx 650 1gb GDDR5 among 4GB ddr3 ram.

It only pulls out 42% GPU usage while bf3, while cpu spikes to 100%, checked these with afterburner and taskmng.

So im getting a q6600 tomorrow stock 2.4 ghz, will it stop bottlenecking the card that much ? Will i get atleast 80 % usage this time ?

Thanks and please dont talk about other parts, cus i dont even have 5euros more to spend.

Well i can't pick the q9300, so as i googled they seem they'd make no difference for me whether i pick one or the other, so im just fine with the q6600 :)

its good to see a very simple yet completely accurate answer when it comes to tech that isnt i5/i7/maxwell
