My rig:
Intel i3 530 2.93 Ghz OC'd to 3.3 Ghz
Palit NVIDIA GeForce 210 1 GB DDR3 64 Bits OC'd 20%
6.0 GB DDR3 RAM
Motherboard: Intel DH55TC
500GB HDD
DVD Drive: LG Optical Disc Drive (Supports all CDs and DVDs) (Installed in 2014)
PSU: Quantum AC Input 230v 50Hz with 2 Sata Connector
Cabinet: iBall Cabinet with SMPS-iBall Piano 108 Black Red
Everything is on stock cooling.

Hi guys! I am going to upgrade my PC soon and am looking for suggestions. I know that I'll have to change my PSU. So, as the title says, I am looking for the best GPU+PSU combo (i.e. both GPU and PSU in the mentioned budget) for INR 8,000 and INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees).

I am looking for an upgrade that'll allow me to play games on my PC for the next 2-3 years with decent settings. I don't mind going all low as long as i am able to play with a smooth frame rate.

And yes, as you can already see, I will be overclocking both my CPU and GPU. Lastly, should I add 2 more gigs of DDR3 RAM (it's the only one I'll buy) or will I be able to play games as i mentioned above without it?

P.S. Please don't convert prices from a different currency to INR (or vice versa). There's a lot of price difference from country to country.

Whoo boy! I am sorry. For I thought that what I have written is enough to help people understand what I am trying to say.
I'll clear the confusion.
I want GPU and PSU both in 1) INR 8,000 and 2) INR 10,000.
What I mean to say is...
1) Tell me a GPU and a PSU both of which I can buy in about INR 8,000
2) Then, tell me a GPU and a PSU both of which I can buy in about INR 10,000

I would've thought about adding more RAM if it was necessary. But it isn't, so I won't. No, I won't put more money into it.
Thanks.

Thanks to the both of you for helping me out! :D I called up at the place from where I'll be buying the stuff.
GTX 750 - INR 9,500
HD 7770 - INR 8,000
Cooler Master Thunder 450w - INR 2,700
Please tell me I am not being ripped off, especially for the GTX 750.
They didn't have a Corsair CX430, but I am sure I will be able to find it in the surrounding shops.

All the parts that have been mentioned are available for my location. That too with cash on delivery available! Yeah, you're right, online shopping is a better deal.
But who selected the best solution?! Sure as hell wasn't me! I would've selected something else.

Uhm... dude! I thank you for your help and cooperation. But u seem to have made a mistake. The site for the GTX 750 shows the lowest price to be 7,499. But it's actually more than that. The lowest price is from the American Amazon site. So, the price has been converted to INR without shipping and import fees added. The cheapest available on that site is 9,330.

Although, this is not the first time something like this has happened and neither was I the one who selected this answer. I don't really care as long as my questions are answered and I am helped. I thank all of you for helping me.
