Anyone have a good idea for a 700-800$ gaming PC I can go a little over in the price, I would like to be able to run games like Dayz (standalone), Shadows of Mordor and Battlefield 4 on medium to high graphics. I do not need any peripherals. Open to any suggestions Thanks!

Try this ... if you want a SSD, you can either add a small one now for $60-$100, or save a bit for a 256GB and you may not even need a hard drive then/. In any case, I'd wait for now and see if you need it.

I need the OS, i already have a monitor, and intel is preferred and Nvidia or AMD does not really matter to me.

Large capacity or speed. Example SSD or HDD or a happy middle like a hybrid? Take note some of the games you mentioned would benefit greatly from an SSD. Trying to do this with an OS is rough! [strike]http://pcpartpicker.com/user/thekasafist/saved/4s2j4D[/strike]
I did a google search you can find Win7 Pro for a very reasonable amount I would recommend that route for the OS! https://www.google.com/search?q=Windows+7+pro&safe=active&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&prmd=ivns&source=lnms&tbm=shop&sa=X&ei=_4dbVKScGa_fsASu_4GADw&ved=0CAgQ_AU

OMG I am so stupid!!!!! I forgot to remove a filter I had on! :|

Check this build much better than before! http://pcpartpicker.com/user/thekasafist/saved/4s2j4D
I still recommend googling the OS like the link above buddy it might get you under $800 or as close to that as possible. I hope I helped?! :D

I chose an SSD because of some of the game types the user plans to play. OP hasn't responded yet as to whether the user would prefer an HDD or SSD. I would pick the HDD if the user needed better price/GB ratio making your build the better option for price of course. This makes the price gap for that R9 280.

An SSD would be nice but if bumps up the cost to much then I dont really want one

If you can live without the SSD then I totally recommend capt_taco's recommened build. Snatch the storage capacity upfront. When the time comes you can get an SSD and voila LOL!
