VGA monitor no signal please help.

I have recently built a gaming pc, but i have problems with the monitor (Acer) it says "no signal" even though i have plugged everything in correctly.
Please help.

I was trying to point out that you are asking for advice, but you have gave us NO information on your parts. At all. If you want real help we need to know what parts we are dealing with. You can't just say "doesn't work", and hope we know what you are talking about.
