I'm looking for a good motherboard to go with my build, but I don't know what specifications it will need to support it :??:.
I've got a budget of $125.

Here are the specs of my build:
Case: Cooler Master CM 690 III (Supports ATX and Micro-ATX)
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5 4460
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600
Graphic card: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
Power supply: Cooler Master G600
Monitor: ASUS VX238H

Mouse and keyboard: Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator
Optical drive: LG GH24NSB0

Solution
Between the H97 that Luka suggested and the cheaper Z97 that I suggested there is a $5 difference I believe. Then makes sense to go for Z97 in case you upgrade to unlocked CPU later on and want to overclock.
A budget options : Not intended for crossfire or overclocking.

A durable, excellent quality board that will better support crossfire but not a VERY big OC. Only light overclocking.

The best option, allowing for good overclocking and crossfire. Though slightly over budget:

EDIT : Just realised that you have a 4460 so overclocking won't really be for you. Sorry I overlooked this the first time. In that case the first one I suggested is still a good choice. As LukaBoki says, get a better PSU as well.

Power phase desing really doesn't matter since the CPU is locked.
It's a decent option if OP wants to OC an unlocked CPU in the future. ;)

Thanks for the help :)! I'll go with the Z97 because I indeed might upgrade in the future (and it's $25 under my budget which is nice)
(Also I'll look at alternatives for the PSU, thanks for the tip LukaBoki ;))
