Security Certificates Problem

So I just finished building this pc and finished with all of the drivers, mozilla, Avast, and so on, and I did not have this problem until about 20 minutes ago. Almost every website that I go to, I get a security certificate error. I know that this is usually caused by the time and date being wrong on Windows, but it is not. I have double and triple checked the time/date settings and clicked the internet sync so many times I lost count, and it is still happening. Here is an example when I try to go to facebook:

www.facebook.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate will not be valid until 8/27/2014 8:00 PM. The current time is 11/6/2014 12:28 PM. (Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

Meanwhile it is happening to most websites, but only on this PC, as my other PC can go to the same sites without issues.

I am stumped and have tried to research solutions for this, but everything I can find is just "fix your date and time.

I will double check the bios, but I do not see why that would affect the browsers, and yes, I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE. I also find it next to impossible that I could have an infection since I just finished installing Windows just before noon, and all I have done is install Avast, the browsers, drivers, and this post.

I downloaded them from the manufacturer's website directly. And the problem did not occur just after the Windows install. I installed drivers, Avast, and so on, then restarted the pc, and it randomly appeared. Which would also lead me to believe that it isn't anything with the BIOS.

I also had the same issue with many of my internet videos not playing in Firefox. Even Facebook.com would not open for me. Spent over 20 hours trying every adjustment I could. Noticed you had Avast Antivirus also, so I turned it off. NO MORE VIDEO CERTIFICATE ISSUES. Thank you HatefulxxDesign.

Obviously those commenters who always suggest 'Just reinstall Windows' never really learn much by taking the nonsensical approach to repairing a computer glitch. Kim - Westminster, Colorado
