That system is fully capable of playing any game at High or better settings. The only reason you need to drop $300 on a GPU is if your expecting to try and hold 60+ fps in Ultra.

Consider replacing the 4670K with a 4690K, the price should be about the same and you won't have as much heat issues that limit overclocking.
It is lacking a little on the GPU side but overall it looks good and play able on some lowered settings, for what you are asking it would do well if it had GTX970. A system with single GTX970 only needs 500watt PSU so there is a place you can find extra money, CM Hyper 212 EVO over the Noctua another place for money and so on.
