Upgrade cooling and overclock, or build new system?

Hello everyone!

I am currently running a AMD FX-8320 system with XFX Radeon 7700 Series 2GB Card.

I make youtube videos and livestream to twitch, so should I get a liquid cooler (Like the Corsair H100i or Swifttech H220X) or build a new system on intel Hardware (A switch that I would be keen to make anyway at some stage).

My budget for a new system would be $1000 - $1100.

Thanks,

Thomas

Edit:
Programs I use:

Adobe Premier Pro CC, Photoshop CS6, Lightroom CS6, Fraps, xSplit, Farming Sim 15/2013, ETS2 (Euro Truck Simulator 2), FSX (Flight Simulator X), Minecraft

Solution
That is a very tough call.

The 8320 is a decent processor, pair it with a nice GPU (280X-970) and would be a better performing gaming tower than you can get for $1k.

On the other hand, using a new tower for gaming would let you offload the video encoding to your current rig, but for $1k you aren't going to get a hugely better gaming system.

Better option might be to upgrade your GPU in the AMD system (and get the 212 to allow for a CPU OC) and get a cheaper tower (with an integrated intel GPU) with a capture card to stream. This way you take advantage of the good CPU you already have, rather than replace it with a $300+ i5/mobo and see little performance gain.

Depending on how much ram you have, a good size SSD might be a very good...

As I could afford to get one of those on my current rig, and still build a new one, would it be better to spread the load out over 2 pc's and put a capture card in this one, and build a second one more optimized for gaming?

Seems like a good idea. A SSD would be a good idea given that I am only using HDD's in my system. Given that I am only using the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 would it be a good idea to upgrade my mobo at the same time?

IMHO - motherboards are mainly useful for the chipset they have on them. While I'm not current with the differences between AMD AM3+ chipsets - I'd stay with what you already have.

I personally tend to upgrade a motherboard when upgrading to a new CPU (unless I intentionally bought a $75 CPU with plans to upgrade to a higher end used model down the line). I would never replace a functioning mobo and keep the same CPU.

Thanks for that info!
