Need a decent headset for gaming.

I really need some help finding a good-quality headset for around £30-40.
The headset must be compatible with both PC AND PS4 and have a decent mic with great speakers.
It must also be comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Any suggestions?

Plantronics Gamecom 377 comfy large earcups, sound great and cheap on ebay, although I don't know if they will work with a PS4, but they use a standard 3.5mm jack so if the PS4 can use that, you're good to go.

I have two of these models and like them as much for sound and comfort as my $60 and $100 headsets I got earlier.
