How can I put 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon (short cut)in my tool bar?

I have Windows 8.1 that has no such icon. I use External Hard Drive a lot. I was told to always eject it before disconnecting it. I didn't know anything about it before. But now, how do I do that when I don't have that icon?

You can either eject it from down in the bottom right corner triangle that has the USB and green symbol to eject it (right click). Otherwise, you can go into your computer, right click and eject.
