I am going to mainly be playing Advanced Warfare, League of Legends, BF4, APB Reloaded, and CSGO. Would I be running these games fine with this build? Help my get the most out of money! I would love to keep it around 700 but could maybe consider going over. Thanks!

Is the 4590 a lot better than the fx 8350? What would the performance difference be?

The i5 is better in heavily CPU threaded games. Otherwise they perform similarly. I DEFINITELY recommend the i5 as it has an upgrade path and is not almost 3 years old already.
