Guys, last day I format one of my oldest PC ( HP Compaq running Wins Vista ) and change to Wins 7 and the main problem still happen since im using the Vista. My network icon show red cross and when im click on change adapter setting nothing list. I cant connect into any connection. And from what i saw, the ethernet port at the back lights up but only the upper LED (yellow) and the lower LED light out
