GTX 970 with i5 4440 OR GTX 770 with i7 4770....

gtx 970 with i5 4440 costs me same as the i74770 with gtx 770,
but i am confused,i7 with 770 seems more balanced system,
but gtx 970 seems more powerfull.
help me

I have an fx 8320. and I got that PCU because it was a budget build.
but the i5 should have better performance gaming wise. my fx should do better if it comes to multitasking due to the 8 cores

if it is a gaming build, then defenitly go for the gtx 970 with i5 4440(or i5 4690k if it fits in your budget)
the i7 CPU wont make much difference in games. it'll only start making a difference if you start rendering, streaming, recording etc.

*edit* going for an i5 4690k will give you a little boost over the 4440. and you can overclock the i4 4690k in the future to extend your systems life time.

u are running fx 8350 will that be a better option because fx 8350 and i5 4440 have same cost here.
