Currently Im using a samsung SyncMaster B2030 20" LCD monitor. Now willing to upgrade it to a 24" (or more) full hd monitor. I use it mainly for watching movies & games..Are there any 3D monitors avaialble in 24". Budget is <250$

thanks for ur reply. Are there any good monitors in Samsung or any other brands. because, im not that sure about ASUS's availability in my locality. Also most of my usage will be for movies than gaming.

Its ok..I came across many positive reviews for Dell Ultrasharp U2412M across the internet. My friend has a Dell ST2420L and the diplay is slightly tinted in both my friend's monitor and in youtube reviews of Dell Ultrasharp U2412M. Is it common in that model or with all the Dell displays.

I have chosen DELL U2412M and received it few hours back. Im noticing a strange problem. the text that appears on the left most corner of the screen seems to be very light and at the middle and few other parts, the text appears bold. what could be the reason for this. I have checked the cables and they are connected properly. Im using Geforce 9500GT GPU.you can notice in the below snip.

the issue is fixed once i tried auto-adjust settings. 1080p movies are slightly flickering. Is that because of the GPU? should i upgrade my GPU?
