Cyberpower empire pro buzzing noise from speakers

Bought a new computer called "Cyberpower empire pro" and Every single headphone and speaker I have tried has had an odd buzzing noise that's annyoing me. They are all cheap speakers cost £6.99 Headphones costed 14.99. Any tips? quite new to desktops rtell me if you need any more information.
Could this be called from EMI? It buzzes from the Front headphone socket and the back. headphones have usb

Does it sound like the static on a car radio?
If so that is EMI and it comes from having terrible onboard Audio Isolation (main cause). You could try and buy a cheap sound card (Asus Xonar) but it might not fix it.

It's really hard to explain how it sounds. It sounds like a kind of just Static like you said to a low mosquito buzz kind of noise .. I fixed it slightly But it does it on games. But not all games. It does it with arma 2, Murdered soul suspect, skyrim. Games like dayz and sniper elite v2 is fine and no buzzing

and Also I forgot to add, Even though this might not cause it, Have it connected to and extension cable where there is. The homeplug wifi thing, Monitor and computer power supplies connected to
