Please choose a good video card for a display of 1400x900 for gaming and can play present titles and future titles(some)

Radeon 6670/7750/7730, GTX650, GT640 or R7 250 which one good in gaming and will play current games from the past and present and can play some upcoming games for the next 2 to 4 years.

Currently i have a GT240 DDR5 so i want an upgrade for this card especially that i am very satisfied with this card in may case i can play many games in this card so in my next upgrade i want to be satisfied. and i know the GTX650 has a connector so any suggestions or alternatives for GTX650? and by the way my budget is not that big $110 dollars though my target is also buy a ram so maybe $100 dollars is my target budget for a video card. thanks in advance and sorry for my grammar im not a native english speaker

You can get a R7 260x , GTX750 for about 100$, both are great cards for 1400x900 gaming and will play on medium/high settings.
The 260(x) needs a 6-pin connector from your powersupply and at least 400Watts, the GTX750 doesnt need a connector and uses a tad less power, a good 350W PSU will do!

My cpu is A4 4020 will this give me a decent or stable fps?

Your CPU is pretty weak, its a dual core AMD on socket FM2. If you have 100$ to spent i would rather invest in another FM2 CPU and use the integrated graphics, like the AMD A8-6600K or AMD A8-5600K. You have money left for 4GB 1866MHz RAM.
