is that possible for fx 8350?
here's the stock cooler:

it is possible with my current cooler, i can use any 100mm fan...

is there any way to replace "only fan" of fx8350 heatsink..?
if so, how?

It should be possible if you can find a 100 mm heatsink fan that can attach to any heatsink. I would highly recommend an upgrade though. It's not expensive and gives much "safer" performance.
