I cut/pasted a folder containing movies from my desktop to E drive. The folder in the D drive turns out to be empty. This issue is happening only with folders and not with files. Previously my system was working fine. I have a HP laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, Core i3 processor, 4GB RAM, 320 GB HDD. I checked the HDD for error by running Checkdisk however it looks fine from the results. Please help.
