Turn off HDD RIGHT after use?

Hi, in Windows' advanced power settings i can turn off my HDD after 1 minute of idle. Is there a way to turn it off immediately when idle? So it is off all the time and only turns on in the period when i'm using it?

I'm trying to silent my build, so the HDD (which is only for large storage and backup - i got SSD's too) should NOT be spinning when not in use.

Define "immediately " and "idle". 1 second? Less? The 0.5ms between file copying functions?

The drive will be constantly spinning up and down.

Immediately as like 5-10 seconds of idle-time. So when i'm done copying files to the HDD, it spins down.

I have not seen anything that would override that 1 minute minimum setting.

That is what i'm looking for... But even the 1 minute setting does not seem to work. The HDD spins for atleast 5 minutes anyway...
