Can I run Civilization V or Beyond Earth on Ultra

I'm planning on building a new gaming PC to play some pretty high-end games, but I need to know if I can at least run Civ V & Beyond Earth on Ultra around 50-60 FPS. I'm getting:

Core i5-4460 Quad Core Processor

Nvidia GTX 760 GPU

8 GB of RAM(Will upgrade later if I need)

Does this seem like a good build to run this on what I specified?

Seems a nice and balanced gaming build, but dont expect to run the game on ultra high settings, you would need a higher end videocard for that :)
Never the less its a decent PC for gaming!

I think you should be fine running them on ultra....On my old computer I played the death out of civ 5 and I ran it on ultra , 1080p , with a 580. You should be fine with the 760 to run them ultra...It uses the CPU a lot as well.
