I have an amd A4 4020(3.2Ghz) and i will upgrade my video card from GT240 ddr5 toa Radeon 7730 ddr5 will this play old and present games? My resolution is 1400x900 in my place the only available is GT630 and radeon 7730 i know radeon is much faster. Will this give me a decent fps in games? My budget is$100 only

Go with 7730 it is much stronger than gt 630 and will play old and a bit new games on low to medium I mean GPU intensive games

But gt 240 ddr5 has better texture rates than HD 7730 still once think about it I think go for other cards forget 7730 , 240 , 630 as they are more or less similar like one has some pros and other has another:)

Well $100. there is not really any good value for $99 and under... At MSRP prices respectively as retailer may have sales and discounts
I would say $150 is where there is more of a benefit to your performance and more competition for GPU vendors. With that said The best Value GPU right now has to be the R7 260X. ie HIS iPower IceQ X² Turbo R7 260X 1GB seems to be the most powerful though only has 1GB of Video Memory. MSI and Sapphire have a very good OC'd version of the r7 260x with 2GB GDDR5. The R7 260x is based on the HD 7790. almost a rerbrand if not for some tweaks abd possible better GPU binning.

Game debate is not the best site to compare hardware (CPUs/GPUs) it does have Decent Spec info on almost any SKU. Though it is known for misinformation. Either way When comparing GPUs from different architectures the outcome it is not relevant. Good example right there with the GT240 GDDR5 and the GT630. Lets say the Kepler one. Yes the GT240 has more texture units and GDDR5 memory. It is not a DX11 capable card, it is based Tesla which is a few architectures back. There is other sites that you can just key in a GPU vs another GPU and get benchmarks that are collected. AnandBench for example. Don't mean to call the site bad or anything as it is useful to an extent. For CPUs though CPU world or Wiki is good.
