I would at least change out the athlon x4 for a pentium g3258. The pentium is not that much better then the x4, the difference though is that you have many options for upgrading from the pentium. With the x4 you are already maxed out (and it will bottleneck the better medium end gpus) and have dug yourself into the fm2 socket hole and will have to but a new motherboard to get any substantial upgrade

have you considered the pentium anniversary edition? way better single core performance and same price point.
at this price point 4 gb ofram will be enough, if you can,get a bigger hdd and maybe a more powerfull gpu.
your build will work, but if i were you, i would save a bit, like 50$ or 100$, you will get so much more performance.
