Hey everyone I bought this really old PC for $20 at a garage sale which had pretty good specs for its price. Now my question is I need a Graphics card under $80 that wont bottleneck the cpu. BTW you can use Kijiji, Ebay, Craigslist or whatever to find a pretty decent graphics card under the price range. Now the games im planning to play on it are just Dota 2, League of Legends, Minecraft, Indie Games from steam (Garry's Mod, Goat Simulator) at around 50-60 fps and if not im good with 30-40 fps.

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 at 3.0ghz with the intel heatsink fan
4gb ram at 800mhz (I dont know what brand) & btw if the ram is also causing the bottleneck can anyone send me a link of a faster frequency of a cheap ram with decent memory.
Integrated GMA 3100
300w default psu (I have this other psu i can replace with Ultra LSP Series V2 650-Watt Power Supply)
Motherboard is just the Btx that came with it.
