Will this Motheboard work with a GTX 980 and an intel i7 4770k? Need advice for building.

I want to know if this particular motherboard as shown in the link:
will work with a single GTX 980 and an I7 4770k processor at 3.5ghz

Also, what kind of case should I buy to fit this Motherboard into? a
I don't plan on using SLI if that helps.

Yes it will do fine and any mid tower to your liking will take that setup!

2. any case you like that fits an ATX form factor motherboard. Basically you'll be safe with any "mid tower"

Corsair Carbide 200R 300R are pretty good
Rosewill Challenger U3 is also pretty solid
Antec 300 or 302 also solid basic cases

Pretty much in the 50-70 range.

Of course you can spend more for looks and features, but that's a good starting point.
