I have a xeon 1231 cpu and when I look at its speci's it seems to fully support virtualization. I'm using Ubunut 14.04 and wanting in install KVM to create virtual machines. Virtualization is enabled in bios. When I check to see if my cpu supports virtual machine, using a command at the terminal (egrep -c ‘(svm|vmx)’ /proc/cpuinfo), it says no. This seems doesn't seem correct.
Any help?
