Hello im fairly new here and i don't know much about computers ill be very happy if someone can help me out!

I would like the computer to be able to run these games at at least 60 fps

These are the follow games i would like to play:
-CS:GO
-BattleField 3
-Tf2

i also need a good monitor and mousepad for the same price range
ill also accept a laptop (if it has some good componets)

my budget is around 200-300$

Solution
Impossible basically. Your expectations don't match your budget.
I can't guarantee this won't explode on you. I also can't guarantee it will meet 60fps.

Sorry to say man, there is no way you could meet those requirements on that budget. If you want i could show you a pc build that's around $400-$500. But it would not include a monitor. Also, if you get a laptop it would have to be $600+.

Solution
It doesn't even make sense to shop for a gaming PC in that price range though. You'd wind up with less than console capability.

Besides, he clearly said he needs a monitor too, which makes it even more impossible, and that's without even adding the cost of the OS.
