I have an external HD that I formatted to my MAC and have all the pictures of my twins on it. Now I no longer have a MAC and want to make it so that I can get all the old photos on my PC as well as add photos to the external HD. I'm so afraid that I am going to loose them all!
HELP!

Solution
Install HFSExplorer on your Windows PC. It allows you to view files on a Mac-formatted hard drive, and you'll be able to copy them to another location too. If they are JPEG images and you copy them from the Mac-formatted drive to a Windows-formatted drive, they can be opened on a Windows PC no problem as there's no difference in the actual JPEG file-format between Mac & Windows.
