CPU cooler (no liquid, must have preapplied thermal paste)

I am not going to mess with applying thermal paste.. nor afford liquid cooling even for CPU only, but I'd like to replace my stock cooler and fan.

what brands are there?

I only know about this [ http://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/freezer-7-pro-rev-2.html] but I dont like it so much

You have to apply thermal paste regardless

Here you go. Reasonably priced, well-performing air cooler since you said you're on a budget.

You will still have to apply thermal paste when seating the heatsink.

I know there are some with paste preapplied

applying paste is very easy. You simply squirt out a small droplet on the heatsink before seating it, and then you're done.
