Currently this is my parts list http://pcpartpicker.com/user/TEHJUDGE/saved/8DRnTW i'm looking to see if anyone has any suggestions on this ram or anything that would be equivalent for a better price. Since I didn't see a forum for cooling I will also place this question here as well. I also am looking for opinions on whether to buy the Noctua NH-D14 or the Corsair H100i for cooling purposes. links are here respectively https://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd14

The Z97-A is a great mobo, have a few builds on it and all my clients are very happy w/ it, MSI mobos I won't use due to their poor QC (quality control). I see more MSI mobos that are or go bad than any two other manufacturers put together. As a builder, rather than chance it, I stick with and only build on Asus, the Rock and GB. If a client wants say MSI, BioStar or the like, I send them elsewhere

I definitely agree with the GSkill sniper, thanks for the info. But it seems that the asus z97-a and the MSI z97-gaming 5 are very similar why would you recommend the z97-A?
