I have Windows vista 32 bit installed and i know that it is 64 bit compatible cuz it has had windows xp professional 64 bit installed. I wonder if i can dual boot windows vista SP1 32 bit and Windows 7 professional 64 bit. Both as swedish (sv-se). currently windows vista is primary. BTW the computer is a Dell XPS M1330 with Intel core 2 duo prossesor and Nvidia GeForce 8400M Video Card.

It worked and i figured to just have windows 7 as my main and only OS on this computer. The problem im struggeling with right now is that the drivers install in a loop! The network device that is. Ive tried both inactivating and uninstalling the drivers both in normal AND safe mode but the loop just continues anyway. Im writitng this comment from my iPhone BTW.

How far does Windows get before it loops?

The computer work fine now, i re-installed the "tele-2 bredband" device(Internet broadband device). I've tried/installed all versions of windows from Windows 98SE to Windows 10 Technical preview. Windows 98SE was almost fully incompatible with only the screen and the keyboard working, also after the installation the computer didn't start cuz of the 3072mb of RAM was too much. Windows xp worked fine unless it didn't support the sound card. Windows Vista, 8, 8.1, 10 worked finest of all. Windows 7 had some minor problems with network drivers.
