Is my PC good for basic gaming?

I want to buy a:

3.7GHz AMD quad-core A10-6700 processor with TurboCore 2.0 technology up to 4.3GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon HD 8670D graphics

Can I run bo2 on low at 60fps? Or low for league of legends at 60fps? Or COD AW at low setting at 60fps? This is just for basic gaming on low settings. I don't care about graphics just frame rates. I can run the screen resolution to 800x600. I do that with my laptop now solid 30 on extra quality.

My budget is $400-$530. I have to get it pre-built or they build it. I can't Buy the parts and go to a store and ask them to build it. I can't build it myself either.

yes it will run BO2 fine. You can even run bf3 at 720p at just 30fps.
Running games at 800x600 would let you play anything, there is so little amount of pixels in that you could run bo2 at 100fps. Although I would suggest atleast 720p.

So yes it would run it, LOL is more cpu bound than gpu bound. So yes for BASIC gaming it will work.
