GPU : MSI R9 280 GAMING 3G 384-Bit
RAM : AVEXIR Blitz 1.1 Series Original Gold (Yellow LED) 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB)
MotherBoard : MSI Z97S SLI Plus LGA 1150 Intel Z97
OS: Windows 8
If not, What will make it run better before I buy it. Should I upgrade my CPU, Or get the same GPU and SLI them.

those are the specs ubisoft gave although i think your system will run it fine i cant say for certain though

they are not actually going to have everyone with those kind of specs its ubisoft they may have optimised the game wrong thus when running on a normal sstem gliches are visable where as if your system is stupid powerful then you will be less likely to notice the gliches . or its only optimised for the stupid high end and nowt done at all for average gamer

if not medium at the begining well thats just a game badly optimised then ubisoft get hate and release the updates then you can run it at max
