For a 7200 RPM drive(I assume that), I would say that the benchmark results are not really good ones. What does it show when you click on the "Health" tab which is next to the "Benchmark" one. My guess would be that there are some bad sectors on the drive. Apart from that, you can try swapping the SATA cables as well as the SATA ports.

Hi there Deni Ivanov,

You may want to check out the following links with troubleshooting steps provided when one's facing this error message:
http://www.troubleshootwindows.com/windows-vista/fix-windows-7-installation-stop-error-0x80fe0000-0x80ff0000/

If nothing of these help, most probably there is something wrong with the HDD. In this case you can connect it to another system and run a brand specific too to check out its health status.
