Need advise for ram, cpu and cooler

Hello folks, I just bought a Asus P7H55D-M PRO motherboard.

I am thinking of getting a Intel i5 650 or something, the motherboard supports up to 16GB ram so i wanted to know the best ram ( I want 8 for now ) ram sticks that are compatible and cheap ( I prefer 1333mhZ but I have no problem with 1066mhZ if needed ) because I'm on a really tight budget.

Get a 4rth gen I3 at least much better than 1st gen i5 you are getting.
And ram doesn't makes the PC faster so more ram will not make any difference.

I have not read your post carefully so if you have already bought that board than there is no choice and one more thing if you are using win 7 32 bit then more than 4 gb ram is not usable.
