Hello: I'm having this issue with my PC after cleaning it and changing PSU. It all began when PC started to freezed or reboot by itself, after every reboot I've noticed that BIOS screen started to take more and more minutes to start, hanging in a black screen with only "_" blinking for several minutes. I've noticed also, that PSU fan wasn't spinning so I thought this was the problem.
After cleaning old PSU, PC won't boot, fans start spinning, really fast but no BIOS screen, also keyboard lights don't work, mouse light does. So I changed PSU and after that, computer turns on itself, when I turn on the power stabilizer.
I've surfed for hours this forum looking for a solution, tried all the suggestions and no result.
I've tried this: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
Then this: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/330540-31-computer-starts-post-bios-beeps-help
And a buch of simliar threads and no result neither.
When I was checking all the wires and connections I noticed that the CPU fan was bad placed and some pins were bended, I fixed that and put it right, but the problem persists.
Another thing I've noticed onboard speakers are gone, I've only found the speakers headers with two wires half burned. I have no clue if the PC is beeping or not.
Motherboard is an ASRock ALiveNF6P-VSTA, and CPU AMD, don't know what serie since I can login into Windows.
I was running Windows 7.
Please, can you help me because my books are burned here and have no clue what to do.
Many thanks in advance!

Solution
Try breadboarding.. This will narrow down possible cause if the issues still there.. Use the old psu for the meantime.. prolly board cause of bend pins
