This budget intel build or this budget AMD build ? ( GAMING )

Well I'm going to say the Intel one simply because the AMD build is missing a GPU. So you'll need to add that in if you want the PC to start because the FX line doesn't have graphics.

And then I'll still say the Intel unless you are able to buy a more powerful GPU in the AMD build. But know that the AM3+ socket is dead. AMD doesn't have plan for any newer AMx sockets or CPUs. It's a dead end.

I have a low end GPU that I'm going to use until Feb, and when Feb comes around I'm gonna buy a GPU for around €200 :)
and my current budget excluding the GPU is 400/500 at most

euro that is
