What is the best X99 motherboard i can get for less than $300 ?

I'm building a rig with a i7-5820, and i'm planning to keep it for 5 years, so i want something reliable with enough room for future upgrades

I'd go for the Gigabyte then. :)
They're both all around good motherboard,and like 1LiquidPC said,they're both top notch brands and you can't go wrong with either. Maybe take a look at Tek Syndicate's review on the ASUS X99-A and TekTics review on the Gigabyte X99 UD4 and see which one you like better.
