Hello, I'm in a deciding moment here. I am considering trading in my Xbox 360, Alien Isolation, Batman Arkham Origins, and Gears 3 at Best Buy along with complete accessories for about $140 trade in value. I searched and could only come across the only in store gtx 750 from pny @149.99 but will price match with newegg offer @124.99. I have price matched before and it went through successfully.

Specs are 7.20" x 4.38, dual fan and dual slot. It requires a 400w with at least 20a on the 12v. Link to Best Buy page - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/pny-geforce-gtx-750-1gb-gddr5-pci-express-3-0-graphics-card/6955159.p?id=1219243020309&skuId=6955159&st=categoryid$abcat0507002&cp=2&lp=4

I checked extreme power supply calculator and applied the setup on my Dell PC, with the GTX 750, the only section they had. Minimum came at 217w and recommended is 279w.

Dell PC
Intel Pentium G3240 3.1GHZ
4 GB DDR3 RAM
1 TB Seagate HDD
CD/DVD DRIVE COMBO
300W Dell based OEM PSU with 12va set to 17a, and 12vb set to 9a. Total it claims is 216w but also states a max of 300w.
Also the case size is following
Height - 14.5 inches
Width - 7 inches
Depth 17 inches

If the psu checks, will the 7+ inch card fit in the case without removing parts. I did measure the slot and from the back of the case to the sata inputs for hdd and optical drives I can go about 8 inches, but there is a small low level black piece that is about the height of a gpu's bottom section where the bottom of the gpu meets the pcie slot. Due to this, I can get by with may something as long as 7.6 or as low as 7.3 inches.

I can get the cheaper evga, but shipping time is 3 to 5 days, earliest arrival is next Thursday with expedient shipping. However the PNY is available for pick up today. I would rather trade in now and get the gpu, than be without gaming for about a 5 days to a week. This trade in is for gaming on the pc, I have to be honest. My expectations are high since its pc gaming, but I'm willing to dial it down to just being able to play games more than graphics. I did research and it appears that the gtx 750 is the best possible card for my computer.

What do you suggest I do? I have dabbled in pc gaming before and went to consoles, now the draw of the pc experience is lingering in my head and I'm not sure if I should go for PC now and get a new gen console later or keep my current gen console. I do know that Best Buy has a $150 offer off the xbox one with a 360 trade in, but sadly it ends November 15 and by that time I may not have the $200 to spend. Any suggestions is helpful.

Solution
The card will work on that PSU just fine. Get the PNY nothing on the board behind the slot is high enough to interfere with the card.
