I am looking for a 700 euro gaming PC, I need a monitor, mouse , keyboard and OS as well as the usual, any help appreciated.

Windows 8.1 64 bit is better than Windows 8 ! i found at 85-95euro from the site you posted .

To fit in that case , mATX is needed . It forced me to change the CPU to Athlon X4 760K . This processor can handle even faster cards than R7 260X .
