A High end Sapphire 280x or a low end XFX 290

Im building a new gaming pc this year and im building a pc under a 750$ Budget.
I found these two cars and I dont know what is better :
SAPPHIRE TRI-X R9 280X 3GB Clock 1020 MHz
Or XFX R9 290 Double Dissipation 4GB Clock 947

Cpu: Amd 8350
Psu: 600 Watts

Saphire - while its a great company- has shitty 280x cards so i wouldn't recommend it at all!
XFX Double D cards are great and you shouldn't consider them "low end" by any means. They are solid cards with great quality components

Yeah def get the 290. Its going to be faster than the highest overclocked 280x in the world. Plus the xfx dd cards are ripshit sexy looking
