I purchased Office Professional 2007 some years ago. I have been trying to install this in my Toshiba Laptop which has Windows 8.1 on it. I let it run for an hour and never got to the point where I should be asked to insert disk 2. It shows on the progress bar that it is completed but I can still hear the CD turning intermittently.
How can I get my Office software installed.
