I just can't connect to the internet on the 32 bit version. Note: I am using an Ethernet cable to connect to the internet on 64 bit. I am pretty sure this is just a situation where I don't have drivers, but I'm not sure where to look for them. Any help would be appreciated.

Drivers can be downloaded from your PC or laptop manufacturer's website. You'll need to know the exact model name and/or number.

Be aware that on some models, 32-bit Windows isn't supported, the available drivers in those cases are exclusively for 64-bit Windows.
That could account for your problem, but you won't know until you visit the maker's website and get to the driver page for your model.
