My ATI HD7850 does 1225/1450 stable, but is it finally time to upgrade? Help me decide.

I have a 'Golden Sample' ATI HD7850 that virtually has no OC ceiling. I ran it one time at 1300 core for a few hours. The damn thing should be on a pedestal somewhere-possibly bronzed. Anyways, I have had the card since its initial release, and feel that the numerous jumps in GPU architecture, ram size, and general performance of the newer cards may demand an upgrade. What say you, community?

I currently run an Intel 3570k @ 4.5ghz with 8 gigs of ram. Display is currently 1080p but along with this card upgrade I plan on moving up the resolution of the new monitor, don't assume g-sync but it is on the table. Let me know what you guys think?

Peace.

Sadly yes,

I was also a fan of that great gpu, but if you want to max out current title games then, an upgrade is necessary
