Motherboard upgrade, that is compatible with my current hardware?

Hello all of you beautiful techies!

I'm a MB novice, I know virtually nothing other than what I've been trying to research and I'm just becoming overwhelmed with all the data that is presented to me. I'm hoping to get some help from you lovely people.

My current problem is I'm using a stock DELL system, which means its tiny, cramped, locked BIOS, and the list goes on why this MB stinks. But my essential hardware have been upgraded here and there, and I think I could put together a pretty good gaming/work system by replacing a couple small items, namely the MB. So I'm hoping you guys can help drop some knowledge down on me so I know how to make the best informed decision on how to move forward.

Current hardware that I want to pair with my new MB:

Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield Quad-Core 2.66GHz (2.93GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1366 130W.
-- I know it's outdated, but with the right cooling system and overclock, I think I can push this baby up and get another 1-2+ years out of it most likely, but want to position myself for an upgrade if possible down the road. I'm open for suggested upgrades now if the price is right.

Crucial, BallistiX 24gb RAM (4gb x 6) DDR3 - 1600 (PC3 - 12800) CL9 @ 1.5V
-- Fairly decent RAM, I'd like to keep using this pack with options to buy more and max out my new MB since the current MB caps at 24gb, and most of the newer ones max at 64gb.

EVGA 04G-P4-2768-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 760 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support SC 4GB w/ EVGA ACX Cooler Video Card
-- Fairly decent video card even today, not top of the line, but decent. I'd like to keep rocking this bad boy for a bit longer.

LSP Ultra, 750W ATX Power Supply
-- Should be enough to push a new MB without much worry I imagine, right?

Now for the things I want:

1) New Gaming Motherboard, bells and whistles, plenty of space, is compatible with what I have already, USB 3, (maybe even thunderbolt if I stumble on a good deal, not sure if "deal" and "thunderbolt" are synonymous yet)

2) New tower to house my new MB with plenty of space for everything I need, plus the down-the-road upgrades that I'm not thinking about presently, needs to have room for multiple SSD's, cooling, etc. Doesn't need to be top of the line, I dont care about lights, I just want it to be roomy and efficient.

3) A nice CPU cooling system so I can really rock out this i7 920 to its full potential. Preferably liquid cooled, would like to pay less than $100 if possible.

4) A nice GPU cooling system so I can squeeze out some more juice from my GTX 760. Preferably liquid cooled, would like to pay less than $100 if possible.

5) And anything else you guys want to help suggest that might make this system moving forward something I can tinker with and blow up some video games with. I'm willing to wait til Black Friday sales to piece all of this stuff together.

Big thanks in advance!

LGA 1366 socket motherboards and processors were discontinued sometime in 2012.
Model number i7-920
Introduction date: Nov 17, 2008
Price at introduction: $284

This is an obsolete platform, you might try the used market on e-bay.

I would recommend moving on and buying a current model. Your power supply and video card are still worthwhile to reuse.

Well that answers that question about my old CPU + a motherboard. I guess I'll just turn this machine into a stream box and get a new a CPU+Motherboard as you suggested. I'm not a fan of the used ebay market side of buying things. I like warranties and factory policies, heh.
